Delivery policy

Software, websites, designs, renders and finished films are delivered digitally, within the timeline set out in your quote.

• Your material. We send you a private upload link for the files we need from you. It expires; ask us for a new one if you need it.
• Finished work. We send it through a private delivery link. The link expires after the period set out in your quote, and we remind you before it does.
• Websites and systems. We set them up where your quote says, such as your own hosting or accounts, and hand over the access.

We keep your material and the deliverables for the retention period set out in your quote, then delete them. We warn you by email before we do.

Please download the deliverables while the link is open, and keep your own copies.

• We deliver devices, or install them, at the address in your quote, within India.
• Timelines are as set out in your quote. Any shipping costs are listed in it too.
• Please check devices when they arrive, or when we install them, and tell us straight away if anything is damaged or missing.
• Returns and faulty devices are covered in our cancellation and refund policy.

We do not send or accept hard drives or other physical media, unless we agree it with you in writing.

If something outside our control holds up a delivery, we tell you as soon as we know, with a new date.
